Vincent has a very dry Blanc de Blancs-style Brut bubbly made from 100% Chardonnay. It is available by the glass and if you ask for a taste, you’ll probably get one. These wines are sourced and made in Sonoma County. Vincent is also open on New Year’s Day.
From Vincent Vineyards:
BRUT
Brut is a term applied to the driest Champagne and sparkling wines. Brut wines are drier which means they contain less residual sugar than those labeled “extra dry.” Extra Brut denotes a wine that’s extremely dry, sometimes totally dry.
ROSE
A rosé is a type of wine that incorporates some of the color from the grape skins, but not enough to qualify it as a red wine. It may be the oldest known type of wine, as it is the most straightforward to make with the skin contact method.
