My name is Liz and I’m a drinker, eater and traveler. I live on California’s Central Coast and I’ve eaten 5 kinds of foie gras in one day (in Dordogne, France where you can read a bit about their better methods).
I’m also a food & wine blogger, writer, photographer, recipe developer, web designer, social media maven and Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW). I’ve written for company Presidents, wine country magazines, a Google blog, and too many wonderful Central Coast companies to count (see some here).
I’m also totally obsessed with local Bubbles – California’s Central Coast champagne.
This site is all about tasting California’s Central Coast: all the food, wineries, restaurants, and sparkling wine from Paso Robles, Avila Beach and San Luis Obispo on down to Santa Barbara wine country: Santa Maria Valley, Los Alamos Valley, Foxen Canyon, Santa Lompoc and the Santa Rita Hills, Santa Ynez Valley, Los Olivos, Solvang, Buellton, Santa Barbara, the Funk Zone, and Summerland.
